Ulrike Müller

Ulrike Müller, Member of the European Parliament, in her role as the patron, opened the European Innovation Impact Summit 2017 in Brussels. Ulrike Müller is a strong supporter of the professional network of ideas and innovation managers in Germany, the Zentrum-Ideenmanagement (Ideas Germany community). One of the key interests of Ulrike Müller is to support the professional development of innovative young talents who are motivated to shape the world they will live in.

Markku Markkula

Markku Markkula, at the time President of the European Committee of the Regions, gave the keynote on innovation and innovation ecosystems in Europe at the European Innovation Impact Summit 2017 in Brussels. Markku Markkula works at Aalto University, Finland, as the Advisor to Aalto Presidents, where his focus is on European Union research, innovation and education policy affairs. Markkula is a former member of the Finnish Parliament (1995-2003), serving as a member of two permanent parliamentary committees: the Committee for Science, Education and Culture, and the Committee for the Future.

Dr. Daniel Klein

Dr. Daniel Klein, Head of Ideas Management, BMW Group, delivered a presentation on the company's activities in ideas management facing the on-going 'iconic change' of the automotive industry. A graduate in economics and mechanical engineering, Dr. Daniel Klein delivered his dissertation on the topic ideas management at BMW. After various work experiences in international project steering, transformation management, leadership development and training, he is now responsible for the Group's steering and development of ideas management.

Reinhard Rabenstein

Reinhard Rabenstein is Chief Technology Officer at Diebold Nixdorf. Through his experience and knowledge gained on the international arena and his guardianship, Wincor Nixdorf has become a global market leader in Multivendor Software for self-service banking. Today as a CTO he is responsible for innovation and ideas management as well as for the corporate innovation ecosystem.

Dr.-Ing. Christian Hinsel

Dr.-Ing. Christian Hinsel is Vice President and Head of Production System & Strategy Management at Hirschvogel Holding GmbH. In his role he is responsible for the global ideas management program of the automotive supplier. In 2017, he and his team have been awarded the "Best ideas management program in Germany accross all branches of industries". Christian Hinsel drives at Hirschvogel the integration of ideas management and lean management, innovation management and the digitalisation of industrial processes. He is a well known speaker at expert conferences.

Stefan Schöpfel

Stefan Schöpfel is the EMEA leader for Digital Transformation, Big Data and Analytics Services at SAP. It is his mission to help customers to turn data into value. The Digital Transformation, Big Data and Analytics Services teams are helping customers to imagine, create and deploy Digital Business and Analytics Solutions on SAP Platform. Over his career, Stefan has led EMEA and global organizations with increasing size and business responsibility in the lines of business sales, services and development at SAP. Stefan has joined SAP from a management consulting company.

Roel de Vries, Sarah Kelly

Roel de Vries, Innovation Program Manager and Sarah Kelly, Innovation Network Manager – are a two person team who run the collaborative innovation program ‘Spark’ at Liberty Global. Roel founded the program in 2011, and has since been managing and expanding it on an international scale, while focusing on strategically linking Spark to the business. He is also a well-known speaker at international innovation conferences. Sarah joined Liberty Global in 2009 as a true multipotentialite, with her role focusing on engagement, public speaking/coaching, communication and innovation management. Together, they will share their experiences on international collaborative innovation and their approach to motivate and engage employees. They will talk about success factors and how ideas are turned into impact at Liberty Global.

Andreas J. Schindler

Andreas J. Schindler is Director Ideation, Innovation & Technology Foresight of the Group Business Technologies at Merck.
He is successfully dealing with a key topic that is crucial to many organizations: How to support the development of an innovative corporate culture and to drive positive change to enable the creation and implementation of incremental and disruptive ideas. He provided deep insights in his approach and measures to support the transformation in an international environment.

Katrin Redmann

Katrin Redmann is Country Manager & Innovation Lead DACH, University Alliances, SAP SE. She is Design Thinking and Business Modell Innovation Coach responsible for Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Design. She is leading strategic Digital Transformation GTM projects with customers, industry partners, students, start ups and universities like KIT, TUM, MCI Innsbruck, AMD München, Business School Mannheim, Uni Mannheim.

Roland Rausch

Roland Rausch is CEO of the German Institute of Ideas and Innovation Management. He has extensive experience in ideas and innovation management on international level and was a decade responsible for corporate HR. He is a visiting teacher at the Start-Up Center of Kempten University of Applied Sciences. Roland shared his experience in the field of Human Centric Ideas and Innovation in companies.

Kerstin Duchardt

Kerstin Duchardt, CEO of an international network, is an international lateral thinker par excellence. Her passion is to develop innovation communities by connecting innovators and by facilitating the development of fascinating future ideas that one is able to implement on a short term.

Prof. Dr. Katrin Stefan

Prof. Dr. Katrin Stefan is professor for start-up development and innovation management at Kempten University of Applied Sciences, Germany. Sie is an extremely knowledgeable person and keen on thinking beyond. She has contributed to the set-up of the universitie's start-up center. With a focus on global business development Katrin is a specialist on designing international innovation ecosystems.

Fabian Stern

Fabian Stern is Head of Innovation Management at the Viessmann Group, one of the leading international manufacturers of heating, industrial and refrigeration systems. He shared his experience how the company, which was founded in 1917, is transforming by a strong idea culture "Into a new century - Digital Transformation at Viessmann".
